📌 What You’ll Do:

1. Work with real estate investors to structure the right loan solutions for Fix & Flip, Rental/DSCR, and New Construction/Development Loans.
2. Consult with clients through initial consultation via leads provided by our marketing team—no self-sourcing required.
3. Work directly with borrowers, brokers, and industry partners to build strong relationships.
4. Guide clients from loan application to closing, ensuring a seamless process.
